Auto pics via iSight

Hi,
I'm searching for a simple Webcam solution for my mini server with the use of an extern iSight etc. cam.
The software should shoot a picture every 15 mins, which should be seen via web browser.
IP-cams are a sort of overkill, as I don't need infrared, movie and more.
Any suggestions about a fitting software?
