People seem to think Snow Leopard is old and unsupported (maybe it really is?)... You may have noticed the latest SketchUp no longer works on Snow Leopard 10.6.8... Luckily there's a trick to make it work.
1. Download and mount the image.
2. Drag and drop that folder
3. Right click on "SketcUp" and choose "Show Package Contents"
4. Open the folder "Contents"
5. Open the file "Info.plist" in TextEdit and find "10.7" and replace it with "10.6" or "10.6.8"... You can use ⌘F to quickly find the string. Save the file and you're good to go. The app now runs
WARNING: This works for now, but you never know if it still will in the future. Keep the current .dmg safe.
Have fun!
