File Viewer Wanted?

I want a file viewer I can easily and quickly scroll through files, e.g PDF, JPG, DOC files etc, and see the content of those files easily, e.g large view on right side, and then have ability to delete a file if needed.

Does such a viewer exist?

I find Finder displays the PDF etc files too small for me to see, so it gets tedious to have to open the files to see them and then close the Preview and then start again.
