Webcam app (free) with basic settings?

I'm searching for a webcam app, for free - with basic settings (gamma, brightness, contrast etc)

Kind of like iGlasses but for free.

Seemed harder to find then i thought, Most free cam apps have lame filters but no basic settings.

The contrast on my iMac->Photo booth is sooo bright
