Sparrow Mail Drafts Stuck

Hey all,

Sparrow mail isn't supporting the app any longer, so I'm hoping someone here could help. I lost my internet connection while sending an email a few weeks ago and then needed to restart my laptop. In the process, a draft has gotten stuck in Sparrow's drafts folder.

When I log into the web app for my email, the draft is not there... it's just stuck somewhere in Sparrow's files. Is there a way to purge the drafts folder in the Mac app?

The app takes a while to download and sync mail on startup, so I'd love to avoid reinstalling the app.
