I just tried downloading the latest version of Open Office (4.0 I think) and it appears to download okay, but when I try to open it I get a message OpenOffice is damaged and cant be opened. You should eject the disk image." I'm a member of the Open Office Forum, so I went there to see what was up. I get the following message,
"SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) [2002]"
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
Everytime I use my Open Office spreadsheet, I get a message telling me I need to download the latest version, but I guess I can't.
Anyone know what's going on?
Thanks.
