How do I stop a specific update from recurring daily??

When I bought my iMac 3 years ago, there was no HP software for Apple designed for my specific HP printer in Snow Leopard. As a result, I had to trick the iMac into accepting another driver but it's worked flawlessly for all this time. About 2 weeks ago, the Apple Updater started to come up with an update for this HP driver and daily I get the message to try and install it. Daily I turn it down, only to have it come up the next day.

I have looked at the update and it doesn't work with my actual printer. How can I get Apple to forget this update and stop my daily torture. Thanks
