iTunes 11

How does everyone feel about iTunes 11? I've been holding on to a stable iTunes 10.7, as I know iTunes 11 is a major change and initial reviews were bad. Has it stabilized? Would you change if you were me?

I'm in OSX 10.7.4 Lion on a 2011 MacBook Pro.
